What You Will Do

• Provide high-quality mental health care services to patients, either remotely or onsite
• Work with patients to address their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Utilize Excel and other tools to manage patient data and track progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians to provide comprehensive care
• Participate in clinical rounds and supervision to ensure best practices and continued growth
• Develop and maintain a patient caseload, ensuring timely and effective care
• Communicate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in mental health care
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering a culture of compassion and empathy

What We Are Looking For

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification
• Experience working in mental health care, preferably in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Excel and other software applications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a telehealth setting
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software applications
