What You Will Do

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via remote platforms
• Perform psychological testing as needed
• Customize care for each patient, determining the frequency and length of sessions
• Collaborate with other team members, including physicians and psychiatric nurse practitioners
• Participate in the integrated care team model
• Provide high-quality therapy services to patients
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other team members
• Work independently and as part of a team

What We Are Looking For

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
• Current licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
• Experience providing therapy services to patients
• Strong digital skills, including proficiency with remote therapy platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain accurate and timely records
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs)
