About the Role

As a Licensed Mental Health Professional at OptiMindHealth, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality mental health care services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include working with patients, either through telehealth or onsite, to provide compassionate and skilled counseling. What You Will Do

  • Provide high-quality mental health care services to patients through telehealth or onsite.
  • Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients.
  • Engage in ongoing communication with patients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in clinical rounds and supervision to ensure the highest standard of care.
  • Utilize Excel for data management and analysis related to patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians to provide comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement group therapy sessions as needed.
  • Engage in long-term psychodynamic psychotherapy with patients.
  • Treat couples and families, if desired.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
