About the Role

What You Will Do
- Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth to children, teens, and young adults
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and clinical team members to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation of client sessions and progress
- Support families with education and care coordination to ensure seamless care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health care
- Engage in regular supervision and feedback sessions to continuously improve clinical skills
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that incorporate client feedback and preferences
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
What We Are Looking For
- Active Arizona license (LPC, LCSW) with a strong foundation in mental health counseling
- Experience or strong interest in working with children, teens, and families, preferably in a telehealth setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth platforms, with a willingness to learn new systems
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred, with a commitment to cultural sensitivity and awareness
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs
Nice to Have
- Experience with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, or other evidence-based treatment modalities
- Familiarity with Arizona-specific mental health laws and regulations, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on best practices
