What You Will Do
- Provide high-quality patient care through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, both in-person and remotely.

What We Are Looking For
- Fully licensed as an LMFT or LCSW with a CA state license.
- Experience working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for patient care management and communication.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
- Ability to work flexibly, including some in-person sessions, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in addressing patient needs.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools for data management and reporting.
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management software.
- Certification in specialized therapies or treatments, such as CBT or DBT.
