What You Will Do

• Provide high-quality patient care through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, both in-person and remotely.
• Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific challenges and goals.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Utilize the latest in digital technology to manage patient records, schedule appointments, and communicate with the care team.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of care delivery.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatments.

What We Are Looking For

• Fully licensed as an LMFT or LCSW with a CA state license.
• Experience working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for patient care management and communication.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
• Ability to work flexibly, including some in-person sessions, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in addressing patient needs.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools for data management and reporting.
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management software.
• Certification in specialized therapies or treatments, such as CBT or DBT.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills, to support diverse patient populations.
