What You Will Do

  • Provide high-quality mental health care services to patients, including individual and group therapy sessions
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals
  • Work closely with patients to understand their needs and concerns, and develop strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Utilize Excel and other tools to track patient progress, manage data, and analyze outcomes
  • Participate in clinical rounds and supervision to ensure best practices and continuous learning
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of mental health
  • Develop and implement new programs and services to meet the evolving needs of patients
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families

What We Are Looking For

  • Master's degree in counseling or a related field
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification
  • Strong foundation in counseling theories and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with diverse patient populations
  • Experience with Excel and other data management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
