What You Will Do

• Provide guidance, support, and treatment for members seeking to overcome substance use disorders
• Deliver personalized solutions based on individual health, habits, genetics, and goals
• Utilize digital skills to provide care for members wherever they might be on the substance use spectrum
• Collaborate with the dynamic team to contribute to the growth of the business
• Participate in the development of new services and programs
• Conduct regular check-ins with members to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the latest research and best practices in substance use treatment
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

What We Are Looking For

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification
• Experience working in substance use treatment or a related field
• Strong digital skills and ability to work in a virtual environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Experience with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and medication-assisted treatment (MAT)

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a virtual clinic environment
• Knowledge of the latest research and best practices in substance use treatment
• Certification in a related specialty, such as addiction counseling
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other digital healthcare tools
