## About the Role As a Licensed Telehealth Therapist at Prosper Health, you will be part of a mission-driven team delivering specialized mental health services to autistic and neurodivergent adults. ## What You Will Do - Provide therapy sessions to autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities - Collaborate with a diverse team of clinicians to ensure comprehensive care - Utilize technology and virtual care platforms to deliver high-quality services - Participate in regular peer consultation and specialized training - Engage in monthly case conferences to discuss client progress and treatment plans - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and treatment plans - Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers as needed - Stay current with best practices and research in the field of telehealth and neurodiversity-affirming care - Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance client care and outcomes
## What We Are Looking For - Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) - Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT - Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults - Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack) - Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care - Telehealth experience preferred - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
## Nice to Have - Experience working with autistic or neurodivergent adults - Knowledge of neurodiversity-affirming approaches and practices - Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and practice management systems - Experience with quality improvement initiatives and outcome-based care
