What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience working with patients or in a medical practice setting
  • Demonstrated proficiency in handling patient interactions over the phone
  • Ability to manage patient communications through the portal, addressing medication-related concerns
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes
  • Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records (EMR) software
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Current certification as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
