About the Role

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing personalized, multi-channel campaigns to drive patient engagement and retention. This involves leading the strategy across all stages of the patient journey, ensuring each stage is intentional, personalized, and measurable. The role will collaborate closely with various teams, including Data & Analytics, Clinical, Product, and Operations, to build scalable and compliant lifecycle programs.

The ideal candidate will be strategic, data-driven, and have a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing principles. They will be proficient in Iterable and have experience in designing and managing experimentation roadmaps to continuously improve performance. The role's success will be measured by the ability to deliver measurable business impact through lifecycle marketing strategies.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across all stages of the patient journey
  • Lead the creation and optimization of multi-channel campaigns across email and SMS using Iterable
  • Design and manage experimentation roadmaps, including A/B and multivariate testing
  • Define and own lifecycle KPIs, building reporting frameworks and sharing performance insights
  • Partner with Data & Analytics to develop audience segmentation strategies and leverage AI-driven insights
  • Collaborate with Clinical, Product, and Operations teams to align lifecycle programs with business goals and patient experience standards
  • Direct creative strategy for lifecycle channels, ensuring brand consistency and message effectiveness
  • Ensure all lifecycle marketing programs comply with HIPAA regulations and applicable laws
  • Build and maintain process documentation, campaign playbooks, and training materials
  • Evaluate and manage lifecycle marketing technology partnerships
  • Leverage AI tools for efficiency, quality, and decision-making

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
  • Deep expertise in lifecycle marketing strategy across the full funnel
  • Hands-on experience with Iterable and campaign optimization
  • Proven ability to design and manage experimentation roadmaps
  • Experience directing creative decisions for lifecycle channels
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Amplitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and their implications for patient marketing communications
