Job Description

About the Role

The LMS Administrator role is a critical component of Ingeus' digital learning strategy, responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company's Learning Management System (Totara). This role supports high-quality training delivery across Health Assessment Advisory Services (HAAS), ensuring that the LMS is accurate, compliant, and easy to use. As a key member of the team, the LMS Administrator will act as the first point of contact for system queries, provide practical support to learners and trainers, and produce meaningful reports that underpin governance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The LMS Administrator will be working closely with colleagues across L&D, Clinical Excellence, Quality, and Operations to maintain strong data quality, support audits, and contribute to improving the learner experience. This is a remote role, offering flexibility and autonomy, with occasional travel to office locations as required to support business needs.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the Learning Management System (Totara)
  • Support high-quality training delivery across Health Assessment Advisory Services (HAAS)
  • Act as the first point of contact for system queries and provide practical support to learners and trainers
  • Produce meaningful reports that underpin governance, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with colleagues across L&D, Clinical Excellence, Quality, and Operations
  • Maintain strong data quality, support audits, and contribute to improving the learner experience
  • Liaise with external LMS providers to support system updates and enhancements
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to design and deliver training programs

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in LMS administration, preferably with Totara, Moodle, or similar platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Confidence working with digital systems and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Customer-focused approach to supporting users at all levels
  • Experience with reporting, data integrity, and compliance-driven environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
