About the Role

The LMS Administrator will play a crucial role in the development, management, and execution of the company's online learning programs. This detail-oriented professional will work closely with the Director of Learning and Development to ensure the successful delivery of instructor-led courses, eLearning courses, videos, and other learning materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and education, with expertise in managing online learning programs and a proven track record of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

As a key member of the team, the LMS Administrator will be responsible for configuring and administering the entire curriculum, testing and deploying new and revised content, and maintaining and creating learning knowledge checks for courses. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

What You Will Do

  • Configure and administer the entire curriculum, including instructor-led courses, eLearning courses, videos, and other learning materials
  • Test and deploy new and revised content, ensuring seamless integration with the existing learning management system
  • Maintain and create learning knowledge checks for courses, assessing the effectiveness of the online learning programs
  • Upload and audit all content on the LMS site, ensuring accuracy and relevance
  • Oversee and enhance reporting analytics, providing insights to make the LMS more impactful
  • Respond to all inquiries submitted within the platform, providing timely and effective support
  • Work with partners to create member learning plans for different users, tailoring the learning experience to meet individual needs
  • Maintain the relationship with platform developers, ensuring optimization of the system
  • Provide support and instruction for the online LMS to internal and external stakeholders, facilitating successful adoption and utilization

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in a training or educational field of study
  • Salesforce Administrator Certified
  • 2+ years of experience in training and education, with a focus on online learning programs
  • Proficiency with all aspects of live and online training, including course development and delivery
  • Competency in online LMS processes and execution, with experience in managing and administering online learning platforms
  • Proficiency with collaborative creative processes, including working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven experience collaborating with both internal and external teams to execute educational direction for B2B and B2C programs
