What You Will Do

  • Curate culturally relevant creators for inclusion in creator campaigns
  • Utilize proprietary software to manage content creator campaigns from conception to execution
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop media plans that align with campaign goals and objectives
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, agency partners, and clients to establish media goals and strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and post-campaign recaps
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards to track reach, engagement, and conversion metrics
  • Lead media plan development and client presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and manage campaign budgets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform campaign strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including content creators, brands, and partners

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-3 years of media planning experience in a brand or agency setting
