About the Role

Figure is seeking a Loan Officer to join its dynamic Operations organization. The successful candidate will support borrowers sourced via direct-to-consumer, marketing, and partnerships efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Convert a high volume of company-provided leads into happy Figure HELOC customers
  • Engage with customers via outbound calling initiatives, text message, and email
  • Guide clients through their loan borrowing process
