About the Role
The Logistics and Transportation Associate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of Ollie Pets' products to customers across the United States. What You Will Do
- Coordinate all transportation-related activities, including carrier management, route optimization, and delivery scheduling
- Analyze data to identify trends, optimize logistics processes, and reduce costs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Manage residential deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products
- Negotiate with carriers to secure competitive rates and improve service levels
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and cost savings
- Identify and implement cost savings opportunities, such as route optimization and carrier consolidation
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement process improvements
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in all modes of transportation, including ground, air, and sea
- Prior experience managing residential deliveries, with a focus on customer satisfaction and timely delivery
- Detailed understanding of pricing structures and cost savings techniques
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently, with excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience working with data analytics tools, such as Excel, to analyze trends and optimize processes
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

- Knowledge of logistics and transportation regulations, including compliance and safety standards
