About the Role
The Logistics Coordinator position at NILO BRANDS, INC. is a critical component of the company's operations team, responsible for managing the flow of goods, products, and supplies from overseas suppliers to customer distribution centers. This role entails coordinating daily orders, processing importation documents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. As a key member of the logistics team, the successful candidate will work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless and efficient operations.The Logistics Coordinator will be based in El Salvador and will be responsible for supporting the business workflow, ensuring that all operational activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong organizational and mathematical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

What You Will Do
- Handle container importation processes with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, FDA, drayage companies, trucking services, and warehouse teams
- Coordinate order deliveries between NILO warehouse, trucking companies, and customer distribution centers
- Audit and resolve inventory inconsistencies at the warehouse level
- Schedule and coordinate field reps' routes and store visits
- Perform other operational or administrative duties as assigned
- Manage and maintain accurate records of importation documents, orders, and inventory levels
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (logistics, supply chain management, business administration)
- Operational and administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Good mathematical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented setting and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with importation processes and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices
