About the Role
The Logistics Coordinator role at Huzzle is a critical component of the company's operations team, responsible for managing daily moving operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless service delivery for customers across North America. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be working closely with the operations team to ensure that all logistics operations are running smoothly and efficiently.The successful candidate will have a strong background in logistics coordination, with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring that all shipments are delivered on time. Your excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask will be essential in this role, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

What You Will Do
- Coordinate daily moving operations, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments
- Manage inventory levels, including tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory records
- Ensure seamless service delivery for customers, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that all logistics operations are running smoothly and efficiently
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
- Manage and coordinate with external partners, including suppliers and carriers
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including customs and transportation regulations
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years of experience in logistics coordination or operations support
- Strong English communication skills, with a clear and neutral accent
- Ability to work full-time in MST
- Excellent multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience supporting North American or Canadian customers (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills
- Experience with inventory management and supply chain operations
Nice to Have
- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) or other logistics software
- Knowledge of customs and transportation regulations
- Experience with data analysis and process improvement
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management
