## About the Role The Logistics & Operations Assistant role at Valatam is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled and organized individual to join a dynamic team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the company, leveraging your digital skills to drive efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement process improvements, and provide support to the broader team as needed.

As a Logistics & Operations Assistant, you will be the backbone of the company, ensuring that all operational aspects of the business are running smoothly.

## What You Will Do - Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity - Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports and presentations - Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and other logistical activities - Manage and maintain accurate records and databases - Develop and implement filing systems, both physical and digital - Provide technical support and training to staff on software and systems - Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement - Develop and implement new processes and procedures - Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new ideas - Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders - Manage and coordinate special projects as needed - Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners

## What We Are Looking For - 2+ years of experience in a logistics or operations role - Strong digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to think critically and outside the box - Experience with process improvement and implementation - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records - Experience with database management and record-keeping - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
