About the Role

The role of a Swiss French speaker for Milengo GmbH's AI bot training project is a unique opportunity for native language speakers to contribute to the development of more accurate call center bots. This project aims to train AI bots to understand different intonations, speech cadences, and accents, making them more effective in real-world applications. As a native Swiss French speaker, you will play a crucial role in helping these bots better understand diverse speech patterns.

The project will start in May or June, and you will be required to record approximately 300 provided utterances in your native language. These recordings will be used to train the AI bots and will not be used for commercial purposes. You will be working remotely, and you will need to have a PC with a microphone and the ability to install and use the free recording software Audacity.

The goal of this project is to create a diverse pool of voices that can help train call center bots to better understand different speech patterns. As a native Swiss French speaker, you will be contributing to the development of more accurate and effective AI bots.

What You Will Do

  • Record approximately 300 provided utterances in your native language
  • Save each utterance as a separate file
