What You Will Do
- Analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
- Contribute to current projects, focusing on Mainframe Architecture and infrastructure
- Engage in long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and diagrams for hand-off
- Test, modify, automate, and integrate systems to ensure seamless functionality
- Provide timely solutions and support to clients and internal teams
- Identify and mitigate technical and timeline risks
- Work closely with Architects, Technicians, and PMs to drive project success
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client expectations and internal challenges
What We Are Looking For
- Deep expertise in specific technology domain areas, such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics
- Enterprise IT application experience
- Hands-on experience in software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture
- Knowledge of Mainframe Architecture
- Proven ability to drive engineering solutions and work across teams
- Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce conclusions and responses
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on customer success
