About the Role

What You Will Do
- Troubleshoot problems in non-functioning equipment to identify root causes and implement effective repairs.
- Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, and/or rough sketches or drawings.
- Perform equipment modification as directed by test/manufacturing engineers to improve performance and efficiency.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule and track maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Provide guidance and training to junior technicians to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as ISO 9001 and OSHA.
- Develop and implement procedures for new assignments and projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
- Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent future equipment failures.
What We Are Looking For
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (electromechanical technology, engineering, etc.).
- At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on maintenance and repair of complex equipment.
- Proficiency in using CMMS and experience with calibration and preventive maintenance execution processes.
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical technology and software, with the ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as ISO 9001, OSHA, and IPC-A-610.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and coaching skills, with experience in guiding junior technicians.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
- Experience with design engineering, design thinking, and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of circuit boards, equipment testing, and debugging techniques.
- Familiarity with business operations and the ability to apply critical thinking and creativity to solve complex problems.
- Certification in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, mechanical engineering) or a related professional certification.
