What You Will Do
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, including floors, walls, and ceilings
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and unclogging drains
- Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers
- Restock supplies and materials, such as paper products and cleaning solutions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that the facilities are always well-maintained
- Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to management
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that the facilities are always clean and well-maintained
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

What We Are Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or custodial role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer skills and ability to use digital tools and software
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
