As a Maintenance personnel, you will be part of a dynamic team that values teamwork and open communication.

The role entails performing various maintenance tasks, including cleaning and repairing equipment, maintaining the interior and exterior of the facilities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You will work closely with other team members to identify and address maintenance needs, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive attitude.

What You Will Do

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and repairing equipment
  • Maintain the interior and exterior of the facilities, including restrooms, floors, and parking areas
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including regular inspections and reporting
  • Identify and address maintenance needs, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Work closely with other team members to provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide a welcoming environment for customers
  • Utilize digital skills to complete tasks and communicate with the team

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic knowledge of digital tools and software
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Nice to Have

  • Experience with maintenance management software
  • Certification in a related field, such as HVAC or electrical work
  • Previous experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment
