Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in ensuring the overall upkeep and maintenance of Love's Travel Stops' facilities. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for customers and employees alike. Your dedication to your work will significantly contribute to customer satisfaction and their desire to return. No prior experience is necessary, as Love's provides comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role.The maintenance team works closely with various departments, including store, restaurant, and truck care, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be an integral part of this team, working together to resolve issues, provide assistance, and maintain a positive customer experience.

What You Will Do
- Provide general customer service, including assistance and issue resolution
- Maintain the overall facility, including cleaning, stocking, and performing minor repairs
- Use various tools and equipment to clean and maintain the facility, including pressure washing and plumbing repair
- Conduct site inspections to identify and address maintenance issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
- Perform equipment repair and maintenance, including HVAC systems, fuel systems, and refrigeration systems
- Cross-train in other departments, such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures
- Work in various temperatures and lift 25+ pounds as required
