## What You Will Do - Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors.

• Apply domain-specific quality rubrics to assess the accuracy, rigor, and relevance of AI outputs.
• Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve the quality of AI-generated artifacts.
• Work independently to meet deadlines, managing your time effectively in an asynchronous work environment.
• Continuously enhance evaluation processes, contributing to the development of best practices for AI output assessment.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and developers to integrate human feedback into AI system development.
• Develop and maintain expertise in general business strategy and management, applying this knowledge to evaluate AI-generated content.
• Identify areas for process improvement, recommending changes that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in the development of training materials and guidelines for AI output evaluation.

## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of relevant professional experience in general business strategy and management.

• Native or professional fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.
• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution, preferred but not required.
• Experience in evaluating and providing feedback on written documents, presentations, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address errors and inconsistencies.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

## Nice to Have - Experience working with AI-generated content, with an understanding of AI development principles and challenges.

• Knowledge of AI ethics and bias mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software development methodologies.
• Certification in a relevant field, such as data science, business analytics, or management consulting.
