About the Role

The Manager of Digital Transformation at BIP will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth in the Government and Public Services sector. As a key member of the Consulting practice, you will lead the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions, leveraging your expertise in IT governance and business process re-engineering. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with clients, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive digital transformation.

As a seasoned professional, you will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and meritocracy. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, developing tailored solutions, and implementing digital transformation projects that drive business value. What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies for government and public services clients
  • Lead the development of innovative digital solutions, including business process re-engineering and IT governance
  • Collaborate with clients to identify business opportunities and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving growth and revenue for the company
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence
  • Collaborate with other teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to drive business growth and excellence

What We Are Looking For

  • 5-10 years of experience in digital transformation, IT governance, and business process re-engineering
  • Strong understanding of the public sector, including its challenges and opportunities
  • Experience in managing and mentoring teams, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive growth and revenue for the company
  • Experience in developing and delivering presentations and proposals to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
