About the Role
The Manager, BizOps & Growth role at Jerry is a unique opportunity to drive business expansion and growth through data analysis and strategic decision-making. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to launch new products and features.The role entails a deep understanding of the company's existing products and services, as well as the ability to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. You will be expected to conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
What You Will Do
- Own the development and launch of new business lines, including market research, product development, and go-to-market strategy
- Conduct data analysis and create data visualizations to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with new business initiatives
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Manage and analyze large datasets to inform business decisions
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, high-growth startup, or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Experience with project management tools, including Asana, Trello, or Jira
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis
- Strong understanding of business operations and strategy
Nice to Have
- Experience with programming languages, including Python or R
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and data science concepts
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including AWS or Google Cloud
- Certification in data analysis or business operations, including Six Sigma or Lean
