About the Role

The Manager Care Team Assistant role at Imagine Pediatrics is a unique opportunity to oversee a team of Care Team Assistants and Care Coordinators, providing administrative support to the Transition of Care team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the care team, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and digital skills. The team works closely with Transition of Care Managers to provide exceptional support to families and providers.

As a key member of the care team, the Manager Care Team Assistant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Care Team Assistants and Care Coordinators. This includes managing workflows, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee the Care Team Assistants and Care Coordinators, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Manage workflows and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Download and scrub data, prep charts for providers, and track caseloads
  • Request records and provide general administrative support to several teams
  • Work closely with Transition of Care Managers to provide exceptional support to families and providers
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the care team
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Provide training and support to new team members as needed
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to improve the quality of care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with families, providers, and health plans

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in administration or a related field
  • Strong digital skills, including proficiency in electronic health records and other software applications
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, business)
  • Certification in healthcare administration or a related field (e.g., CPHRM, CMC)

  • Experience working in pediatric care or a related field
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
