What You Will Do

  • Manage the delivery of Sphera's software solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget implementation
  • Oversee the coordination of resources and monitoring of billable time and budgets throughout the project lifecycle
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and client project managers to ensure all targets and requirements are met
  • Provide subject matter expertise to clients to inform and guide system design and configuration
  • Conduct pre-project assessments to determine requirements and create project proposals
  • Develop and execute project work plans, revising them as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Identify and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and influencers within client engagements
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope
  • Review deliverables prepared by the project team before passing them to clients
  • Apply Sphera's methodology and enforce project standards
  • Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
  • Minimize exposure and risk on projects
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong background in project management, particularly in the tech or sustainability sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with software implementation projects, particularly in the ESG space
  • Knowledge of project management techniques, including Agile and Scrum
  • Familiarity with Excel and other project management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, environmental science, or computer science
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
