## What You Will Do - Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage the monthly close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts to support business planning.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Identify areas for cost savings and implement cost reduction strategies.
• Ensure financial data integrity and security.
• Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with audit recommendations.

## What We Are Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost accounting or a related field.
• Experience with financial software and systems, including ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools.
• Certification in accounting (CPA, CMA) is preferred.
