About the Role
The Manager, Customer Delivery role at Fivetran is a key position that will lead the evolution of the company's implementation and advisory function across EMEA. As a seasoned professional, you will drive operational excellence, innovation, and AI-led transformation across the Delivery Services organization, ensuring customers realize value quickly and at scale. Your expertise in managing data pipelines, driving operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams will be crucial in this role.The successful candidate will own the end-to-end delivery motion across scoping, execution, and customer outcomes, sitting at the intersection of technical delivery, commercial impact, and strategic transformation. You will lead a team of Customer Onboarding Managers and Resident Solution Architects, playing a critical role in how Services are delivered, scaled, and sold.

What You Will Do
- Drive operational rigor and delivery excellence across the Delivery Services organization
- Own end-to-end accountability for Delivery Services, including scoping accuracy, delivery-to-scope, and delivery-to-budget
- Improve time-to-value and reduce time-to-launch across all customer engagements
- Drive utilization and resource efficiency across the team
- Proactively manage risks, remove blockers, and act as a point of escalation for customers and internal stakeholders
- Establish and enforce best-in-class delivery processes, tooling, and governance
- Lead innovation and function evolution, introducing new ways of working and seeking to embed AI into operations and delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic transformation and commercial impact
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a related field, such as data delivery, operations, or management
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and innovation in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills, with experience leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, stakeholders, and team members
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and experience with data pipeline management
- Experience with AI-led transformation and innovation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to proactively manage risks and remove blockers
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, operations, or business administration
