About the Role
Gitlab is seeking a Manager, Customer Success Architects to drive the success and adoption of paid success plan offerings and services across the EMEA region.Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Customer Success Architects who partner directly with customers on GitLab’s DevSecOps platform
- Collaborate with Sales and other go-to-market teams to shape compelling service offerings and identify new opportunities
- Use feedback, data, and insights to continuously improve how we deliver success services
Requirements
- Experience in customer success management, preferably in the DevSecOps or software development industry
- Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop effective success plans
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
