About the Role
GitLab is seeking a Manager of Customer Success to lead a team of highly motivated, customer-focused professionals. The Customer Success Management team aligns with customers’ desired business outcomes, enables them on their existing use cases, and works with them to expand into additional use cases.Responsibilities
- Mentor and enable the team to exceed company growth and retention forecasts
- Work with the Customer Success Director to help establish and manage goals and responsibilities for CSMs
- Manage a team of CSMs to manage the overall health and care of accounts
