About the Role
Federato is on a mission to provide efficient and equitable insurance solutions using AI. We're looking for a Manager of Customer Success Operations to design and scale our post-sales customer lifecycle.Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer Success leadership to design and operationalize the customer lifecycle
- Own Customer Success systems and data infrastructure, including Salesforce
- Define and report on customer value and health scoring
- Build and maintain dashboards for retention, expansion, and churn risk identification
Requirements
- Salesforce expertise is essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive results
