About the Role
The Wikimedia Foundation is seeking a Manager, Data Science, to lead the Product Analytics team. This team partners with product managers, designers, engineers, and colleagues to produce actionable data and insights that inform decision-making.Responsibilities
- Manage a team of data scientists to deliver timely and accurate quantitative data and insights.
- Nurture a collaborative and inclusive culture of trust, excellence, and empowerment.
- Mentor team members on critical thinking, data-informed storytelling, and technical skills.
- Partner with the Experiment Platform & Data Engineering teams to build data products.
