About the Role
The Manager, Deal Desk & Order Management role at Doxel is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to make a significant impact on the company's revenue growth and commercial discipline. As a key member of the finance team, this individual will be responsible for structuring, executing, and operationalizing commercial deals, working closely with sales, finance, legal, and customer success teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience with Salesforce, and a keen understanding of deal management principles.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will be fast-paced and dynamic, requiring the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights to inform deal structuring and approval. They will also be a strong communicator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

What You Will Do
- Review and structure deals to balance growth, profitability, and risk, aligning with approved pricing, discount guardrails, and contract templates
- Partner with sales and legal teams on pricing, terms, and non-standard requests
- Own contract governance, including standard template usage, approval routing, exception handling, and coordination on customer paper
- Enforce pricing and discounting policies, escalating exceptions through the proper approval workflow
- Advise executives on deal tradeoffs and financial implications with clear recommendations
- Serve as the operational bridge between sales, finance, and customer success to ensure clean handoffs
- Confirm all order data is accurately configured for invoicing
- Coordinate activation events that drive billing and revenue recognition
- Support the accounting team as needed to troubleshoot and prevent discrepancies in account setup, PO matching, and system data syncs
- Refine the end-to-end deal process, removing friction, simplifying approvals, and embedding accountability
- Build scalable templates, playbooks, and dashboards to drive consistency and velocity
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in deal management, sales operations, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
- Experience with Salesforce and other CRM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strong understanding of deal management principles, including contract governance, pricing, and discounting
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or finance
- Experience working in a rapidly growing company, preferably in the construction tech industry
Nice to Have
- Experience with automated progress tracking solutions and their application in the construction industry
- Knowledge of computer vision and AI technologies
- Certification in a related field, such as sales operations or deal management
- Experience working with external partners and stakeholders, including customers and investors
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition and accounting principles
