What You Will Do
- Oversee the execution and completion of technology solutions projects in the professional services arena
- Lead high-performing teams and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate activities between client and company personnel to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor project progress and identify potential roadblocks or areas for improvement

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare and/or IT-related project implementations
- Proven track record of managing multiple, complex strategic initiatives
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience in interviewing and hiring practices
- Participation in healthcare industry data organizations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate and present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Solid understanding of Health Plan's integration, process, and program needs
