About the Role
As the Manager of Digital Media Strategy at Adswerve, Inc, you will be responsible for leading a team of digital strategists and serving as the senior strategic advisor for the company's highest-tier clients. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute holistic media visions that drive growth, pipeline generation, and revenue impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical services, and media execution, to ensure seamless campaign delivery.The role requires a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including the latest trends, technologies, and best practices. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry developments and apply this knowledge to create innovative campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations.
As a leader, you will be responsible for mentoring and developing the digital media strategy team, providing guidance on campaign strategy, client communication, and career growth. You will also oversee resource allocation and bandwidth across the team to ensure optimal support for all client accounts.
What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in digital media strategy, preferably in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital media campaigns
- Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including trends, technologies, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with experience in team management
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply
