What You Will Do

• Lead a team of remote software engineers to design, develop, and deploy digital solutions that enable patients to transact digitally with their dentists
• Collaborate with senior engineering leaders to develop and execute the team's vision and strategy
• Work closely with product managers to build and support successful new features and improve the quality and experience of existing features
• Develop relationships with stakeholders across the business to influence decision-making and drive the best possible user experience
• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure that allows for integration between different services and third-party systems
• Communicate technical ideas and lead projects with a focus on solving real-world business and patient challenges
• Empower your team to achieve a high level of productivity and technical quality
• Help recruit and retain engineers to create a talent-dense, high-performing engineering team
• Inspire, motivate, and coach team members to enable their continuous development

Nice to Have

• Experience in working with dental practice management software or similar industries
• Knowledge of Typescript, Node.js, and Angular
• Experience in working with Graph API and REST API
• Familiarity with serverless technology and the Serverless Stack (SST) Framework
• Experience in working with AWS services, including SQS, SNS, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and Aurora
