About the Role

The Manager, Enterprise Analytics at Great Minds is a pivotal role that will drive the development and implementation of analytics capabilities across the organization. This leader will oversee a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and innovation. Day-to-day, this role entails designing and executing complex analytics initiatives, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring that analytics solutions empower decision-making and operational excellence.

As a key member of the team, the Manager, Enterprise Analytics will partner with stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with strategic objectives, building in-function capabilities that support the organization's mission. This role requires a deep understanding of the education sector, as well as the ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Manager, Enterprise Analytics will report to a senior leader and will be responsible for contributing to the development of the organization's overall analytics strategy. This role will also involve establishing and maintaining systems and routines for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) at team and individual levels, as well as building and maintaining enterprise-level performance dashboards.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement analytics strategies aligned with organizational objectives and business needs
  • Deliver advanced analyses, scenario modeling, and custom reporting to support leadership decisions and operational improvements
  • Establish and maintain systems and routines for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) at team and individual levels
  • Build and maintain enterprise-level performance dashboards
  • Create reusable assets including data models and visualization templates to support in-function analytics across the organization
  • Partner with business stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with strategic objectives and build in-function capabilities
  • Advance team and enterprise capabilities in analytics tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake, and promote continuous learning and adoption of best practices
  • Lead a small team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
  • Develop and manage the analytics budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI

What We Are Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics or data-focused roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity
  • Proven expertise in business intelligence tools, data modeling, and statistical analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and Python
  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, or other cloud-based data platforms
  • Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques
  • Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives
  • Certification in a relevant field, such as Google Analytics or Microsoft Power BI
