About the Role
The Manager, Ent/MM Spectrum role at Trimble is a remote sales leadership position responsible for leading the mid-market and enterprise sales team to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction trades and the AECO space, as well as exceptional knowledge of Trimble's products, solutions, and vision for connected construction. The role entails day-to-day leadership of a team of account sellers, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with senior sales management to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as the ability to lead teams through change and crisis. The mid-market and enterprise sales team is a critical component of Trimble's AECO sector, responsible for delivering targeted business outcomes, customer experience, and revenue growth. The team works closely with other sales teams, including new logo and solution/product selling teams, to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue goals.What You Will Do
- Lead and develop a team of account sellers to execute go-to-market strategies and achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with senior sales management to develop long-range strategies for the organization
- Deliver regular forecasting and sales performance reports to senior sales management
- Develop and execute plans to retain and develop key sales talent resources
- Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to senior sales leadership
- Partner with the sales enablement team to ensure sales employees are equipped with the necessary products, systems, and selling skills training
- Hire and train new sales team members as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the construction technology or AECO space
- Strong knowledge of construction trades, sales, and technology
- Experience with sales team management, forecasting, and sales performance reporting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong understanding of Trimble's products, solutions, and vision for connected construction
- Experience with sales enablement and training programs
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
