About the Role
The Manager, Finance position at Consilio LLC is a critical role that involves providing dedicated support to the eDiscovery business unit. This entails working closely with key leaders to drive financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes aimed at optimizing performance and profitability. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally.As part of the finance team, you will be responsible for preparing monthly financial reports, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the business unit's performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods. This role requires a deep understanding of financial metrics, performance measurement concepts, and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

What You Will Do
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and KPIs, to assess business unit performance.
- Collaborate with key leaders to create annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Develop forecasting models and reporting tools for the executive team and functional leaders.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analyses and decision support to business unit leaders.
- Create value-added commentary and insights for the monthly operations review.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify drivers behind financial performance and recommend actions for improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the FP&A function.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects, scenario analysis, and other analytical initiatives as needed.
- Work closely with the executive team to provide financial insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- At least 4 years of FP&A experience, with a solid understanding of accounting principles, financial metrics, and performance measurement concepts.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence decision-making at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Certification in a relevant field, such as CPA or CFA.
