Job Description

About the Role

Bazaarvoice is seeking a Manager of Finance Operations to lead the critical bridge between contract execution and financial reporting. The role will oversee the end-to-end flow of data from Salesforce CPQ to NetSuite, ensuring billing accuracy and the integrity of bookings data.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the hand-off from Deal Desk to Accounts Receivable and Provisioning, ensuring contracts are accurately reflected in NetSuite (ERP) and flow seamlessly into downstream records (billing, revenue recognition, and Certinia, the Services delivery system)
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the team to resolve escalations on complex deals
  • Lead a team of 5 US-based employees and 4 offshore FTEs, driving high performance while being a dedicated coach and mentor
