About the Role
The Manager, Global People & Culture, will play a critical role in overseeing HR functions globally, ensuring stronger alignment across Splash International's offices and staff in the US and internationally. This includes creating a positive atmosphere and culture that drives the company's values. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will collaborate with staff globally to uphold the organization's commitment to its core values.The role entails managing end-to-end recruitment coordination, providing insights on compensation matters, and partnering with regional and country HR colleagues to refine and execute global People and Culture initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing HR functions, including compensation, benefits, recruitment, and people development, with a strong focus on driving culture and people development globally.
Reporting to the Director, Global Operations, the Manager, Global People & Culture, will be responsible for ensuring that Splash International's global compensation, benefits management, compliance, recruitment, and people development processes support the organization's mission, vision, and culture during a time of organizational growth.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with staff globally to uphold Splash International's commitment to its core values
- Partner with regional and country HR colleagues to refine and execute global People and Culture initiatives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination, including job postings, candidate short-listing, and hiring manager support
- Provide insights on an extensive array of compensation matters, such as global compensation practices, talent market trends, diversity and inclusion principles, technology, and benefits programs/tools
- Manage, optimize, and utilize organization-wide HR systems and tools
- Develop and implement global People and Culture strategies that align with the organization's mission and vision
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across multiple countries
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and inclusivity within the organization
- Develop and manage budgets for HR initiatives and programs
- Analyze HR data and metrics to inform strategic decisions
What We Are Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a global or international setting
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws, including labor laws and regulations in multiple countries
- Experience in managing HR functions, including compensation, benefits, recruitment, and people development
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and metrics
- Experience with HR systems and tools, including HRIS, recruitment software, and benefits administration
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the organization's mission, vision, and goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a nonprofit or NGO setting
- Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with global compensation and benefits management
- Certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI-PHR
- Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
