About the Role
As the Manager, Global Sales Development Operations at Gitlab, you will play a key role in optimizing the tools and processes used by sales development teams. Your primary goal will be to make outbound pipeline generation more consistent, measurable, and scalable.Responsibilities
- Partner with sales development leadership, marketing, sales, and operations teams to evaluate and improve the sales development tool stack
- Focus on improving adoption of processes and best practices, driving flawless execution on both inbound and outbound sales
- Manage team communications, including the handbook and monthly newsletter
