About the Role
As a Manager of Growth Marketing & Content at Neighborhoods.com, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's content strategy, leading a team of creatives, and driving business growth through personalized email campaigns, blog and social content, and community creation. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including the customer growth, HubSpot execution, and customer engagement teams, to ensure seamless content deployment and personalization. With a focus on geo and stage-based personalization, you will work to drive customer conversion and revenue growth.The role matters because it bridges the gap between the company's powerful belief in community-focused living and the people searching for their next home. By leading the evolution of the content organization, you will help Neighborhoods.com stay ahead of the curve in the competitive digital marketing landscape.
You will report to a senior leader and work closely with numerous growth leaders, including the Director of Sales and the Director of Customer Engagement. Your team will be responsible for modernizing tooling, removing workflow chokepoints, and reducing over-reliance on legacy processes.
What You Will Do
- Lead the development of personalized email campaign content that includes geo and stage-based personalization to drive customer conversion
- Collaborate with the customer growth, HubSpot execution, and customer engagement teams to ensure creative content strategy flows seamlessly into deployment and personalization
- Own the strategy and execution across blog and social content, regional and market-based content, and community creation and publishing
- Drive measurable impact at every stage of the customer journey from MQL engagement through to sale
- Modernize legacy processes and develop the team around you to achieve high performance
- Work closely with the lifecycle email and HubSpot execution team to ensure seamless content deployment
- Analyze campaign results, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns
- Develop and manage the content budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and content creation
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, content creation, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving business growth through personalized email campaigns and content strategies
- Strong understanding of HubSpot and its applications in marketing automation and personalized content deployment
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in developing high-performing teams
- Ability to analyze campaign results, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with content management systems and marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how to optimize content for search engines

- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize email campaigns and content strategies
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in creating interactive and dynamic content
- Familiarity with video production and editing software, with experience in creating engaging video content
