The Manager, Growth Marketing at Maxwell is a pivotal role that entails developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth. What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Google Analytics and Tableau
