About the Role
The Manager, Growth Sales, will play a pivotal role in driving Linear's expansion into the growth segment. What You Will Do
- Lead and coach a team of growth account executives to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand Linear's presence in the growth segment.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and identify expansion opportunities.
