About the Role
The Manager, HR Digital Strategy & Systems plays a critical role in driving process efficiencies and innovation in the HR function at People Profilers. This role entails working closely with business stakeholders to identify areas for automation and process improvement, managing the evolution and enhancements of HR systems, and providing strategic guidance on HR technology adoption. What You Will Do
- Develop and implement HR digital strategies that drive process efficiencies and innovation
- Manage the administration and maintenance of HR systems, including troubleshooting and technical support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and automation
- Develop and manage project plans for HR IT initiatives, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Provide strategic guidance on HR technology adoption, including the evaluation and implementation of new tools and systems
- Manage and analyze HR data to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with external parties, including vendors and service providers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive change management and communication initiatives
- Develop and deliver training programs to support the adoption of new HR systems and technologies
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in an HR or HRIS function
- Experience in managing HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong data management and analysis skills, with experience in tools such as Excel and Power Query
- Experience in project management, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management and collaboration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on driving business outcomes
- Experience in change management and communication initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in identifying and resolving technical issues
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
