About the Role

The Manager, Integration & Improvement Acute Care role at Lehigh Valley Health Network is a critical position that leads the execution of enterprise integration and performance improvement initiatives across the organization. This involves working closely with operational stakeholders to translate enterprise strategies into actionable plans, standardized workflows, and measurable milestones. The successful candidate will serve as an implementation leader and operational partner, driving sustainable operational improvements and supporting the adoption of leading practices across facilities.

Day-to-day, the role entails leading cross-functional teams, conducting data analysis, and developing practical workplans to drive improvement efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and a proven track record of driving change management efforts.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the execution of enterprise integration and performance improvement initiatives in partnership with operational stakeholders
  • Translate enterprise strategies into practical workplans, milestones, workflows, meeting structures, and implementation tools
  • Serve as an implementation leader and partner to operational teams, supporting execution and delivery
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify implementation barriers, escalate risks, and drive timely resolution
  • Support standardization of leading practices while enabling operational adoption across environments
  • Lead performance improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, capacity, variation, and financial performance
  • Conduct and support data review, root cause analysis, workflow mapping, opportunity validation, and initiative prioritization
  • Track milestones, key performance indicators, risks, dependencies, decisions, and action items
  • Prepare clear, concise updates for leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong understanding of operational efficiency and performance improvement principles
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and drive cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with change management and adoption efforts
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or business
